Sofia is a skilled Sports and Deep Tissue Massage Therapist with Rejuvenate Therapy. Coming from a football-focused background, Sofia has fantastic knowledge of injury and recovery from both a player and therapist perspective. Her passion and dedication to football make her a reliable therapist to help people in sport recover, strengthen, and prevent injury. Sofia has had an exciting career in football to date, and she is currently with MK Dons, playing in their women’s First Team as a Centre back, and has previously enjoyed a career with Arsenal and Tottenham. Her experience as an elite athlete can give a unique insight into how it feels to be injured, the path to recovery, and the emotional impact these situations can have.

Alongside her ability to provide Sports Massage for injury, rehabilitation, and maintenance, Sofia is also able to help those outside of a sporting environment with her skilled approach to Massage Therapy. Conditions such as headaches, muscle tension, stress, fatigue, and chronic muscle tightness can all be assisted with Sofia’s Deep Tissue Massage.

In addition to Massage, Sofia can further tailor a treatment with the use of Hot Stones – using these methods within a massage treatment to achieve further relaxation, stimulation of circulation, and promote healing and recovery.

Sofia is a vibrant, knowledgeable, and welcoming therapist that can treat and guide those in her care to an improved state of well-being and health within the body. Sofia is available for Sports Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and Hot Stones Massage, Monday-Friday 10am – 8pm.
